The accommodation

This is a house, not just an apartment ... Villa Francesca is a welcoming property located on the western half hill of the Serapo promenade, facing the "Nave di Serapo" Lido.

It is a house "on the sea" .. to reach the beach of fine sand, in fact, you only need to walk the pedestrian path (300mt slightly downhill)

the ancient villa The interior has been recently renovated (dividing into 2 houses of 80 m2) making the two houses independent, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms and kitchen plus garden and private entrance in each house. the house offer you everything you need to feel at ease and satisfied with your stay in Gaeta, ON THE RIVIERA OF ULISSE ..

There is comfortable uncluttered and fully equipped kitchens anda nice garden to sit outside and enjoy the Mediterranean air and SUN.

The villa is equipped with:
- washing machine, air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kettle, hairdryer, toaster / grill, fridge and microwave :) ....
parking is free on the street.
3 minutes - walk to the beach !!!!! :)
and a 15-minute walk to the historic center or 7 minutes to the bus station- each bus passes through the historic center and the nearest grocery and bakery shop are five minutes away (on foot).
I am very flexible and my life philosophy is positive and I like meeting new people from all over the world. My apartment will make you feel very relaxed and I see it as an "oasis" where everything is close at hand, everything you need (what I need) .....
And it is always possible to come to me and talk to me if there are problems, but I doubt there will be any. I can't wait to meet you!
My guests can take advantage of a shower in the garden and two more bathrooms the garden is a beautiful private space to enjoy all the comforts in relaxation ...

The property has two superior, panoramic rooms with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, Wi-fi and private garden with kitchen and a place to wash and hang out.
Ours Guests have the opportunity to use the solarium in the garden where you can enjoy a splendid panorama of the Bay of Serapo

Beautiful to visit are Naples, Sperlonga, Rome and the Pontine islands: Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone and Ventotene with the legendary S. Stephen
You may go to visit Minturnae's Roman theater whit three bridges one Roman, one Bourbon and one modern bridge.

note: The apartment is not suitable for people who have mobility problems or difficulty walking on foot. There is a 30m long private uphill driveway to reach the house from the driveway gate and the beach is 300mt, also slightly uphill from the street level and from the shops that you have to walk.
