Spend relaxing days in our lovingly designed self-catering apartments in beautiful Villnöss. Sustainability, cleanliness, and mutual respect are not just values ​​for us, but shape daily life on our family-run farm.



A special highlight is the close-to-nature interaction with our animals: Two dogs guard the farm, and other animal residents roam freely on the property. This authentic farm experience is part of our philosophy – feel a part of it.



Check-in & Check-out – For a smooth process



Key handover will take place on-site by 8 p.m. at the latest. Contactless arrival is only possible by arrangement.



Please complete the online check-in in good time and let us know your arrival time.



Access is only permitted for registered guests. On the day of departure, we ask that you leave by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.

Our dogs are part of farm life – their barking is part of it. If you appreciate that, you've come to the right place. Otherwise, we understand if you choose another accommodation.



Important information

Our access roads are typical mountain roads – winter tires and snow chains are essential in winter.



Smoking is only permitted outside – never near the hayloft. Please dispose of cigarette butts only in the provided ashtrays.
