Overall, our stay was good, but there were some concerns with the property.
The apartment was spacious and comfortable for four people. The rooms and bathrooms were large, the photos accurately reflected the space, and the beds and linens were clean. We enjoyed the patio, city views, and outdoor kitchen, which was reasonably equipped, though only salt was provided for seasoning. The location was convenient, with restaurants nearby and easy access to the main areas.
However, there was a noticeable mildew smell throughout the stay. Although a dehumidifier was provided, we observed mold, peeling paint, and a closet with significant mold and a strong odor. There was also a water leak on the staircase leading to our unit that worsened during our stay. We reported it to the host but received no response.
Communication could have been better, as check-in instructions arrived after we landed and responses were often slow. The key system was also confusing, with multiple unlabeled keys, and the building entrance door was difficult to open.
Addressing the mold and moisture issues, along with providing clearer guest information, would greatly improve the experience.
