Tolle Lage, schöne Anlage aber das Apartment...

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, den Vermieter bei Anreise zu kontaktieren, konnten wir dann doch einchecken.Der Zustand des Apartments war leider schlecht: Kaputte Toilettensitze und weitere beschädigte Möbel. Ein Verdunkelungsrollo ließ sich nicht öffnen - auch defekt.Auch war das Apartment leider nicht ausreichend gereinigt und wir fanden "Hinterlassenschaften" der Vormieter in den Bädern, die wir selber dann gereinigt haben.Die meisten Reparaturen hat der Vermieter in den nächsten Tagen erledigt. Das Rollo ging auch bei Abreise nicht.Die Küchenausstattung war auch eher preisgünstig und sehr unvollständig. Der Vermieter hatte Besserung versprochen, bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthaltes gab es aber weder neue Gläser, noch Pfannen etc. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief schleppend, wir mussten erst FeWo direkt einschalten.Die Lage des Apartments ist toll und die Anlage selber auch.Nur eine gute Gastgeberrolle, insbesondere bei dem Preis sieht anders aus.
