House for family holidays, with two floors, completely renovated, excellent sun exposure, comfortable, minimalist and modern decoration, ideal for couples with children.
This property has two bedrooms with double bed (one of them with cable TV), a bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor, you will also find a pleasant living room with cable TV. The patio offers a nice dining area and a living area with great sun exposure.

AREA The property is located in the Lombada area, a 7-minute drive from the centre of Câmara de Lobos and a 10-minute drive from the centre of Funchal. It is a quiet and easily accessible area. It is close to Levada dos Piornais (about a 1-minute walk), the famous Pé de Cabra Bar (a typical Madeiran drink) and Lagar's Bar. In Funchal city centre there are several tourist attractions and information about cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island. Take the opportunity to visit Câmara de Lobos. You will find many “espetada’s” restaurants, poncha’s bars, viewpoints and other tourist attractions to visit during your stay.
PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

Sehr nettes, gepflegtes kleines Haus
Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das kleine Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht (sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Zucker waren vorhanden, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher... alles da.)
Einzige Kritikpunkte: Die Abflüsse im Badezimmer haben öfter sehr schlecht gerochen (trotz Raumspray) und ein Sonnenschirm / Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse wäre sehr angenehm. Am Nachmittag war es sehr warm auf der Terrasse.
Ich würde diese Haus jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Gutes kleines Haus in ruhiger Lage!
Wir haben uns in dem Haus wohl gefühlt!
Alles war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, bis auf einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Badezimmerabfluss. Dieser bestand leider während des gesamten Aufenthalts.
Das Haus liegt an einer sehr steilen Straße in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Auf einem Nachbargrundstück gibt es einen Hund, der gelegentlich bellt. Wir wussten dies jedoch im Voraus (aus anderen Bewertungen) und es hat uns nicht gestört.
Auf der Sonnenterrasse vor dem Haus hat man dank Sichtschutz ausreichend Privatsphäre. Leider ist es im Erdgeschoss des Hauses sehr dunkel, da sowohl die Haustür, die in die Küche führt als auch die Tür, die vom Schlafzimmer auf die Terrasse führt nur sehr kleine Glaseinsätze haben und dies die einzigen „Fenster“ in der unteren Etage sind.
Der angegebene Privatparkplatz vor dem Haus ist zwar vorhanden, darf jedoch laut Mitarbeiter nicht genutzt werden. Stattdessen sollten wir an der (sehr!) steilen Straßen parken, was wirklich etwas unangenehm war. Immerhin waren dort jederzeit kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar.
