It is in a great location, very accessible for all your needs. The only downside is that it is on the small side being around 400 sq ft. There is a table for 4 but in reality you can only sit one. Would have benefited by having some cleaning and laundry detergents. Shower should be adjusted so that the hand held handle fits into the mechanism for top shower operation. The rental agency contacts were always available to answer any questions.

Great location, great communication

Great location, convenient parking (but don't rent a large SUV). Small complaints about the cleanling from the previous tenant. Very good communication all the way from Trip2Portugal, and quick answers on Whatsapp while on Madeira. Amazing views from the balcony, but bear in mind that it is also very windy due to the very open location without and protection from other buildings.
