Standard japan hotel. It's very near fukuyama castle and fukuyama station. As for the room, apart from the bbq smell coming from the air-con when I switch cooling, it your typical japan hotel.

A very comfortable hotel to stay

Hotel is close to the Fukuyama station. Even though it is not a very new hotel but the room was clean and naturally styled. We felt comfortable staying in this hotel. We could taste local food in the breakfast buffet, and we could sense that the breakfast was cooked with care.

Conveniently located and very clean. The common bath is a great, soaking in hot bath after a long tiring day is like heaven! The only issue is with the thin wall, the guest beside my room was snoring so loud and I can hear it the whole night.

excellent value near the train station.

Hotel was very nice and very good value. The staff did not speak English but they tried their best to cater to my needs. Fukuyama though is not much of a city, everything closed up at 8pm. If I had to do it again and wanted some restaurants, events or nightlife I think I would have stayed in Okayama or Hiroshima and paid a little extra.
