Comfortable stay.
Well located hotel. Near to subway and bus stops. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. Ms Ueno leaves a very good impression as she assisted us with our needs. She is patient and understanding towards acceding our request of a quiet room as we are staying for 5 nights. Thankful to her that we have a restful and enjoyable stay. The hotel has a public bath which is very good for winter season. A good soak after spending a long day out. Complimentary ice pops and coffee at the lounge is very much appreciated after the soak in the bath. Will hope to return again to this hotel in the near future. Thank you for the great hospitality.

as a new hotel but the design for rooms, floor corridor and hot sanua area is too dark especially the corridor is very dark at night time and quiet scary. the lighting system in the guest room is single remote and not individual control for each side of the bed and quiet inconvenience. Convenient location for shopping
