We had the chance to stay at this hotel just days after it opened, and it was a great experience. The hotel was clean, as you would expect when it’s brand new. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice - it was delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room had plenty of space, easily accommodating four large luggage bags without feeling cramped. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d definitely recommend it.

Lovely stay at the gate. Room is quite large for Japan standards. I love it that the shower and toilet are separate. Location is excellent, right above the Tenjin underground with lots of shops and food options. Lobby is on the 19th floor offering great views of the city. Breakfast is a semi buffet with 3 options to choose from. There is a lounge on the 18 floor for guest to relax with simple snacks and beverages. The only gripe I have is you have to change lifts to get to your room.

The service in this hotel is impeccable. Also, since the hotel is on the higher floors of a highrise building, the hotel offers a fantastic view of Tenjin area and if you are higher floor you can also see the hakata bay. Lobby and lounge has a place for guests to sit and enjoy that view too. The access to the public transportation is fantastic as the hotel has a lift that goes straight to the basement which connects directly to the Airport Line subway. Nanakuma line is also accesible through the underground shopping street. Plenty of choices within short walking distance for shopping and restaurants in the vicinity.

高級又溫馨的飯店

飯店位置極佳，捷運站就在旁邊，離各大百貨商場也很近，房間裝潢木質調為主，是很喜歡的大方舒適風格，飯店才剛開幕二個月，設備非常新，浴室沐浴備品有高級的淡淡的茶香，很好用～～早餐是主餐有三種選擇，另外還有自助吧，高級又美味😋 飯店大廳在19樓，可以眺望一半市景一般海景的景觀，還可以欣賞夕陽，真的很美👍最後必需一提的是飯店人員的服務，真的是細心又貼心，我們因為有小小孩同行，行李多又加嬰兒推車，怕一般計程車載不下，因此有請櫃檯人員幫忙預約機場接送，結果當天下午的值班人員，不但親自下樓確認車子是我們預約的大車，還又陪我們下樓，看我們全部人和行李都上車後才離開，真的讓人好感動❤️❤️大推👍👍👍下次一定還要再來住The Gate福岡😍😍

ライブハウスの近くなので利用しました。 新しいホテルなので、全体的に満足です。 特にラウンジが便利でし。 夕食後に一杯飲みたいけど、屋台やバーは治安が良いお店選びが難しい。 しかも外は蒸し暑い。 宿泊者専用ラウンジはスタッフの方が大変丁寧にご対応下さり、女性一人でも安心してお酒を、楽しめました。 朝食はメインセレクト＋サラダ等セルフ方式なので、バイキングより気が楽でした。エッグベネディクトにしましたが、フレンチトーストも和朝食も気になるところです。 天神エリアに行くときは、また宿泊したいと思います。

地下鉄天神駅改札からほぼ直結のビルで立地は最高に良いです。19Fがレセプションのあるロビーですが、ガラス張りのテラスから博多の海の方の景色が一望出来て圧巻です。日中は部屋で仕事をしていましたがロンハーマンのワークデスクにモニターも設置されており大変役立ちました。お部屋も静かで快適でした。バスタブは無くシャワーだけでした。 宿泊客のプライバシーに考慮されている客室専用のエレベーターも3基あり待たずに乗れます。ただいったん19Fのロビーに上がってから一般用のエレベーターで地上に降りなければならないので少し面倒ですが、防犯の為には大変安心出来ます。 素晴らしいホテルでした。
