There is not coin laundry machine in the hotel which is very inconvenient to tourists. This is very common among all hotels in Japan. It is also one of the considerations in choosing hotels. I am unexpected the gate does not have such normal stuff.

Pro:This hotel is very convenient as it's right at the JR station exit 5. Con: It has very strong cemenet smells in the hallway. The breakfast was not very impressive as it has the same meals for the two days we stayed. No swimming pool or onsen facility.

Excellent reservation staff. Room was perfect. Wish the Japanese breakfast was all morning. Arrived at 8:30 am and it was already sold out. Would stay here again because location of hotel is also very convenient.

Front desk staffs doesn’t communicate well in English. Staffs need to smile and greet hotel guests more. Setup of lobby on top floor is first time experience and need to take the lifts twice to enter and exit. Like the viewing area on 18th floor. Complimentary snacks and drinks are added benefit experience while relaxing there.
