Good building but bad "policies" and rude staff

Great building. Some staff were excellent and friendly others were terrible and should be removed. I was told I could not have food delivered and that I should go and get my own food. What year is this? I would not stay here again.

Nice hotel within walking distance of JR Hakata....the room was small but comfortable...the WiFi was so so but when I mentioned that st reception, they gave me a booster router that was perfect.
