When we arrived in this hotel, there was no hotel cart to put your luggage so you have to drag it on your own if you have big multiple luggage. there was 2 elevators. We were assigned to use the elevator near the dining area but there was no coin op washer and dryer in this area so you have to go to the other side of the building and it only has 2 available. The 5th floor hallway smell have a strong cigarette smell. The good area on this hotel was the room. it is spacious and big. I just wished that they have a better entertainment on the TV such as netflix or youtube. The room is centralize so they blasted the heater on our room so it was hot and have to open the window. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell good as well.

I had a comfort stay and surprise the room is big. Breakfast is so so. Just few mi utes walk to the metro Station. I will come back for my next Visit.

Recommended hotel

Amazing stay. We just walked to some places to visit such as canal city mall, river cruise and don quijote tenjin. In front of the hotel is the buss stop going to hakata station. Hotel room assigned was at the old building, only issue was we could hear some noise from other rooms but it was tolerable as it is Japan, very civilized country. Room was very clean, didn't see a dust or dirt. We only had 2 bottles of water for 3days and we didn't ask if they they provide.we just used the kettle to boil and that was where we drink water from. Robe is provided. supplies are in the hotel lobby, self service. With comb, hair tie, cotton buds, disposable bath towel, tea bags, etc. Had free breakfast. Food was good, we enjoyed it.

The hotel room is pretty spacious and the staff weee all well-mannered. However, the location is not quite centrally located. I had to take quite a long walk to Tenjin Station. Also, there are not enough choices of food in the breakfast buffet. Other than that, everything eas good.
