Not as described. Not a very helpful owner. 2 week stay was too long there!
We never saw the owner. He has no communication skills. No info was given for a late night check in. He didn’t explain to us how to enter the building, with 3 lock boxes and no way of opening them. When we finally get in touch with him, he’s in a night club and barely makes time for us to explain how to open the doors let alone tell us which flat we were in. Once inside, AGAIN NO INFO regarding the flat. More messages for basic info. Once we examined the flat we found that there are 3 bedrooms however only 2 on the 2nd floor are the ones with A/C. BEFORE BOOKING I ASKED IF ALL ROOMS HAD A/C AND WAS TOLD YES! This was the reason we booked! THIS IS NOT TRUE! NO KING SIZE BEDS AS ADVERTISED. One bedroom had a full size bed, the other had 2 single beds for children. The 3rd bedroom in the attic, has full size bed, NO A/C and stifling hot. The terrace is shared so you couldn’t keep door open for a cross wind. The A/C is a must! 2 teenagers slept there very uncomfortably. We noticed immediately that the stove didnt work. He fixed that after a week, and many complaints. Along with having to spray for roaches!
4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 knives, 3 cups, no detergents, no cleaning supplies, no paper towels, no toilet paper. You have to buy everything! This was totally unacceptable. The location is good. But there is no sea view! The worst part was having to deal with the owner who was rude and unhelpful. Javier has much to learn on how to be a host.
