The apartment has a large pool area with an exotic garden and private parking and is located about 11min walk to the beach (free transpor available) El Higueron is a relatively new area that has quickly gained in popularity thanks to the fantastic location, views and service in the area that just breathes LYX! There is frequent free transport between the apartment, the beach and the shopping center for everyone living in the area.Next to the apartment is Reserva del Higueron which is a luxury hotel with Spa facilities, Padel tennis, Beach volleyball and an infinity pool called duga. The urbanization in which the apartment is located has several large swimming pools that are open all year round, lovely gardens and small ponds with turtles swimming around or sunbathing on the warm stones. As you step into the apartment you will be greeted by a bright hallway with the fully equipped kitchen to the left with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine and much more. Straight ahead you have the large living room with a large and comfortable sofa, 55 "smart TV with 200 international channels, 2 lovely balconies with a breathtaking view of the area and the Mediterranean. Masterbedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, ensuite as well as A / C with cooling and heating, the second bedroom has 2 single beds as well as storage and A / C with cooling and heating.
