Missnöjd med standarden

DÄlig information var allt fanns nÀr vi checkade in efter öppningstiden. Fel information av receptionen angÄende frukost. LÄst dörr pÄ morgonen in till slottet dÀr receptionen sa att den skulle serveras. Hittade inte laddningsplats till bilen. Försökte nÄ gÄrden innan ankomst angÄende incheckning. Inget svar pÄ 2 mail. Ringde 2 ggr och kom bara till telesvar. Kl 17.00 fick vi ett sms var nyckeln fanns. DÄlig frukost som vi fick ta sjÀlva i ett rum. Smutsigt i lokalen.

VÀldigt fint och vilsamt, fanns allt jag behövde, och det gick att köpa gÄrdens lasagne (jÀttegod) i gÄrdsbutiken som gick att vÀrma i gemensamhetsrummet dÀr det ocksÄ fanns en kaffekokare för mig som Äkte innan frukosten började serveras. Ett enda minus: fanns ingen lÀslampa vid sÀngen!

Dejligt sted, fint vÊrelse, meget at kigge pÄ og en fantastisk gÄrdsbutik med alt muligt god, Þkologisk naturligvis. Vi manglede en lÊselampe ved en af sengene og hÄndklÊdestÞrreren fungerede desvÊrre ikke. Vi sagde det til Kevin i receptionen. HÄber de fÄr fikset det til nÊste gÊst i vÊrelse BjÀllra (2194).
