The third floor offers a game room for your competitive family members to enjoy playful fun! This tastefully decorated Southern style home is close to all Fripp Island has to offer; miles of beach line, golf courses, pools, tennis courts, and more.

The house offers 5 bedrooms: on the first floor, two luxuriously appointed king bedrooms and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a twin trundle bed with a distinctly nautical theme. A bedroom with two double beds and full bath on the second floor, and a separate apartment with a King master bedroom with a full bath for more privacy. The home is large enough to bring the family but small enough to easily get around.



The second floor offers a well appointed kitchen along with a living room and TV for family movie night. The dining area has seating and a picturesque view of the marsh! Step outside to the large screened in porch with plenty of seating for the whole family.



Fripp Island is rich in nature and wildlife and all these things can easily be explored by bike, golf cart, or on foot. This property is located close by all amenities Fripp Island has to offer (i.e Club House, Tennis Courts, Nature Center, etc). Fripp Island is a resort community and use of certain amenities require the guest to have an Resort Guest card. Perfect for beautiful sunsets

The best thing about this property was the 3 porches (one screened) with a long marsh view. We spend much time on the porch listening to the nature around us. The house was perfectly clean but would benefit from some updating starting with the charcoal grill that was in its last days when we were there. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Vacation at The Hidden Palm on Fripp Island

What a wonderful vacation we had at The Hidden Palm on Fripp Island! The layout of the house was great, and the interior design was first class. We enjoyed spending time with cocktails on the upper deck, dinner on the screened-in porch overlooking the peaceful marsh, ping pong in the rec room upstairs, and plenty of golf cart rides to the beach and around the island. The Ocean Point golf course was in pristine condition, and was enjoyed by our guys. We had a great weekend and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this beautiful home as a topnotch vacation getaway!

Great family home!

We had a special time together at this home on Davis Love. The house is spacious enough for10 people & a baby including a nice screened in porch for reading, eating, talking & napping. We had a few issues that were resolved with a quick phone call to the owner--she took care of our problems & replied to our messages in a timely way. Thank you for providing a nice home for our 6th visit to Fripp Island!

This property is fantastic! This was a last minute weekend getaway and we couldn’t have been any happier with our choice. The location of the house made getting to the beach so easy. The porches might be my favorite part of the house. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There was everything we needed in the house. Our group of 10 loved this space for our women's retreat. We had a lot of structured discussion time and had plenty of room in the den. The big table held all of us. The back porch was so peaceful. The different levels gave some space and separation when needed. It was a beautiful weekend!

The Ideal Beach Retreat

"The Hidden Palm" was beyond our expectations! From the moment of arrival, its marsh views are captivating, and you can sit on the porch for hours. The house is clean, well-decorated, comfortable, and relaxing. The kitchen is well-stocked and has everything needed for family meals, and the game room on the third level is an added bonus! Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and its location is unbeatable. The thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like a home away from home. The property manager, Barry Fitzgerald, was responsive and helpful. He went above and beyond to make the stay perfect, including installing a new disposal when ours broke on the second day. "The Hidden Palm" was the ideal beach retreat for family, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation with marsh views. We will definitely be back soon!
