Perfect spot if you like quiet mornings, watching the dolphins but being close enough to Beaufort for all the amenities. We were there for my daughter‘s wedding so sadly, we didn’t get to enjoy the property as much as we like. But we’ll definitely be back.

Amazing Views!

We had a wonderful visit. The views off of the front porch are fantastic; this is where we spent most of our time. The house was perfect for our family. We hope to be able to return soon!

Well stocked, very clean. The home was great for two families. View of the water was a daily highlight and the wind off the water kept bugs away. Two golf carts made driving around the island very convenient. The kitchen and living area was large and didn’t feel crowded when everyone was the space. We would book this home again.

Beautiful beautiful location

We had a wonderful time, the owners were absolutely wonderful, the golf carts we're great, the home is absolutely beautiful but most of all the front porch and the inside of the house view of the ocean all around just made it even more wonderful. We will most definitely be staying in this home again.

Excellent house and location

Everything and more as advertised. Wonderful location, house, and attention to detail. I've stayed in 10 or more properties in Fripp and this is the one I would stick with. Great vacation. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful views

Sitting on the porch watching dolphins was a highlight of the stay. The other were the beautiful beaches a short golf cart ride away. Golf carts are a must for getting around the island.

Higher Porpoise is a Great Place!

We've stayed here for the past couple of years and the property has continually improved. Tony and Ruth Ann are fantastic hosts and responsive to all issues. Great location and offered us everything that we needed. We love it.

We absolutely loved the views from this home in Fripp Island — they were truly amazing and made for a relaxing setting. The location itself was beautiful and had so much potential for a wonderful stay.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the home was disappointing and could really benefit from a deep cleaning. We noticed cobwebs on the walls upon arrival, several utensils and pots were dirty, and the rugs were covered in pet hair.On the second day of our stay, we encountered roaches in the kitchen. We notified the property manager, and someone did come out the following day, which we appreciated. However, after the treatment, the roaches became even more active and were crawling throughout the kitchen area. Traveling with a toddler made this especially concerning for us.Overall, while the views and location were wonderful, the cleanliness and pest issues significantly impacted our experience.

The house was perfect for our group of four adults, two teenagers, a toddler and an infant. We loved the views from the front porch. The pool table is a nice addition.

Higher Porpoise is an Awesome PLace

Great house, great view, owners are fantastic to work with. Being next to 18th tee of Ocean Point Course is a bonus. Golf carts work perfectly, bicycles and beach chairs are extremely nice. Hard to beat.

Front porch heaven

We loved our stay here! The house was stocked with everything we needed. We saw dolphins every morning from our rocking chairs on the porch. The house has very little traffic, which was really peaceful. We will definitely be back!

One of the Best on Fripp Island!

Our family have been staying at Fripp Island for over 30 years and this was one of the best times yet! The house was amazing and the view was incredible. The inside was very cozy and had tremendous space.. we will be coming back to this wonderful house on Fripp! 5 Stars!

Great house!

I would recommend this house for sure!! We had a great time! This was our first trip to Fripp! The house has an amazing view! Rooms and Bathrooms are large!! Great family trip!! We enjoyed just sitting on the large front porch watching the boats go by!For sure would rent this house in the future!

We have stayed at several locations on Fripp over the years and enjoyed this property the most!! Beautiful views of the inlet and Hunting Island. Watched dolphins everyday. House is well maintained and well stocked. No complaints.

Beautiful views and great attention to detail

We just returned from a week on Fripp with our family and loved staying at this property. The owners are extremely attentive and responsive to any need or request. The house is extremely clean, the ability to use their bikes and golf carts are a great asset so we didn't have to spend a lot of time getting that set up, and the views from the home are remarkable. We were very pleased with everything.
