Kitchen is amazingly equipped although I rarely use it , ice maker is awesome . Washer/dryer , garbage disposal and temp control in every area. I love the porch and best view of the river and everything around. Covered parking area and host is beyond responsive to any needs.Best house on the street but it’s so comfy. Great weekend at the otter!

We visited my grandfather in Fries and stayed at The Otter — a beautifully updated home filled with thoughtful touches throughout. The detailed guide to the house and where everything was located made our stay especially easy and comfortable. It was perfect for our family, and we especially appreciated the toys for the kids, which made them feel right at home. The view is absolutely stunning, and the peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and responsive, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful place to stay.

The property was BETTER than advertised! The house was spotless; and had a lovely blend of original features and modern touches. There were many touches that made it very comfortable such as quality shampoo and body wash in the shower and coffee available to use in the coffee maker. The hosts provided good communication and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this rental.
