In the immediate vicinity of the beautiful North Sea is a development of Scandinavian-style holiday homes. This bright holiday home with chic furnishings offers a lovely place to stay on holiday. Relax in the sauna, enjoy the crackling of the fireplace or laze on the terrace near the sea in summer. Here you will find a wonderful break from everyday life and can explore the vastness of the north from the privacy of your own holiday home.



Your own four walls in Friedrichskoog are furnished in a modern and bright Scandinavian style. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can cater for yourself and the spacious living room invites you to spend cosy evenings with the whole family. The "Alexa" voice assistant is available in the holiday home for listening to music etc.







The holiday homes are located next to the small centre of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dyke, just a few metres from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the holiday home village, you can also quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.



There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large car park (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses.

***As part of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.



Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. However, the popular mudflat walks in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will not be possible again until April 2025.



The spa gardens will also be remodelled and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach.



This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive, even if this is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.***



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 22.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
