We would like to introduce you to our charming maisonette vacation apartment, very close to the beautiful 18-hole Freudenstadt golf course, which is one of the most traditional golf courses in Germany. The immediate proximity to the pine forest invites you to go hiking or cycling.



Germany's largest market square is just a few minutes' walk away.

In winter, freshly groomed cross-country ski trails and the Stokinger ski lift are just a short distance away. Round off the day in the golf club restaurant or enjoy the fantastic view from the Lauterbad hut.



In the approximately 30 m² living and dining room you will find cozy seating areas (Guido Maria Kretschmer collection) with cozy blankets and a dining area with a wild oak dining table and four chairs. WLAN with 100 Mbit is at your disposal as well as TV and Alexa connection for music enjoyment and information of all kinds.



In the 14 m² gallery on the top floor you will find the bedroom with a comfortable 1.60 x 2.00 m bed with very high-quality luxury pocket spring mattresses with gel foam topper inside, OEKO-TEX 100 class 1, a large built-in closet and two single beds, each 1.00 m x 2.00 m, also with high-quality mattresses, which you can also use as cozy reading sofas with lots of cuddly pillows for relaxing hours.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a Miele oven and ceramic hob, Miele dishwasher, toaster, retro microwave, SMEG kettle and much more. Beautiful stoneware crockery and high-quality cutlery are waiting for you to set the scene.



In the bathroom with floor-level shower and WC and a very large mirror, there are plenty of bath and hand towels available, while the towel radiator provides cozy warm towels. Those who don't like bright light will be delighted with the Philips WarmGlow lights.
