Positives: Cozy, large space, semi-private, entirely private hot tub, full kitchen, Roku tv with full access, quick and polite team responseNegatives: Uncomfortable/hard mattresses, low hot water supply in shower, very strong chemically hot tub (maybe just a one time mistake incident, but the stronger than normal chemicals in the hot tub made my girlfriend and I both extremely ill, with the effects on our lungs lasting several days. However, Cindy quickly took care of this for us and fixed the hot tub within the day, so I don’t necessarily hold this against them!), neighbors closer than expected/advertised, door is very hard to lock/unlockOverall I would still recommend this as a place to stay despite its downsides. With every incident the team was quick to respond, acting polite and apologetic. The hot tub incident was likely a one-time slip up as I wouldn’t believe the hot tubs would usually be this chemically, the log book was full of people loving the hot tubs but the one we initially received was unusable. They replaced the tub with plain water and our experience from then on was great! Other than that if you separate your showers, stretch plenty in the morning to remedy the slight back pain from the hard mattresses, and don’t mind taking a couple minutes to figure out how to lock the door each time you leave, I believe this is a great place! We had a great anniversary and would likely come back if we came here again!
