Had two rooms under my name. One room was for two nights and the other was for one night. I had to pay for a second night on the single night room because they couldn't understand that I was staying a second night and the other room had left. They called me twice for payment while I was in the middle of getting ready for a wedding for payment. I reluctantly paid it to avoid the extra stress. Figured I would sort it out that night or next morning. Wouldn't you know that a manager wouldn't show up until hours after I had to check out and head home. Now they claim that both rooms were being used both nights. They definitely were not. Now I am out $158.00 with a sorry for the confusion.
