Convenient location and used the swimming pool which was great. The room had a bad smell to it and it was coming from the toilet. Only half of the lights in the room worked. No reception staff so could not speak to anyone about it. Not ideal for a family with young children.

The sink was plugged and wouldn't drain. Because it was a self-serve hotel we couldn't get the issue resolved before our one-night stay was over. It wasn't obvious from the Expedia listing that this was a self serve/ self check-in, budget hotel that would be so cramped. If you're from North America and you don't have data, you won't be able to check in.

It was a warm night but the rooms are not air conditioned. Balcony door didn't have a stop. Otherwise for the price it's very good. The building is old but has a swimming pool free to use for guests. It is tidy, there is no reception but it wasnt required. Parking outside was free which is good.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities

4/10 Poor

No air conditioning - not ideal when it's 28 degrees at 10pm. Noise is a real problem - people talking loudly in corridor outside at all times of night carries straight through to the room, and the walls are pretty thin. Woken up at 2am by loud voices (and other sounds that I won't mention!) from room next door.
