Very well kept facility. Our room was spacious and clean. We had both mini-fridge and microwave, all the normal tv channels, and freeway access was nearby. We are staying here on our return home. Recommended!

Busy area, but convenient location and convenient parking (two trucks with trailers). I had to call the front desk twice on our way to ask a few questions. They were very friendly and helpful. Same with check in (I believe same lady). Thank you! Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Worst stay we've had...

The only good thing about the trip was the young housekeeping ladies... they were very accommodating, friendly and did a great job with the rooms and the shower (great shower!) ...end of the good. Front desk personal, both when we checked in 1-2 am and particularly the young lady on the desk during the day - TERRIBLE!... they don't understand the phrase "service with a smile" or what customer service means. 1st experience with the day "front desk" was calling for extra, larger bath towels - "...we have them here in the lobby" (in other words - come and get em) 2nd experience with "front desk" person was -we had missed the so called Continental breakfast (that's a whole other story - ridiculous)... and I asked her if we could have a couple yogurts from the small glass refer (right there in the lobby, next to coffee pots) - answer "No" breakfast closes at 9am", end of discussion. And last, with the same individual, upon checkout, I turned in the two keys we had and asked for a receipt... "No you got the room thru a 3rd party" again, end of discussion. ZERO customer service!!! Will not stay there again.

This is a easily reached hotel right off I 84 The room was immaculate and everything worked perfectly. There was a hair dryer in the room. They have a lovely breakfast and the coffee is delicious and plenty of it
