Wonderful place on a fabulous island. Pretty much everything about K’gari and the Kingfisger Bay resort were first class. Food and beverage offer was varied and considering they have a captive audience was great value. Rooms were good and in good order. Views and activities brilliant.

Keys were provided on check in. Upon walking in, the apartment was filthy, dirty towels, sheets on the floor. Bathroom and kitchen not clean. They gave me a new room. The new room had issues. Disgusting mould and rust in the kettle, all the air con units, and bathrooms. Ants were present in the main bedroom from the air con to the bed. Stains on the floor. No coffee or tea supplies. The food at the venue was amazing. Service was generally ok, but could be better. Lots of confusion around what Accor benefits are applicable, and upon being given a free drink voucher, they refused to give a pint of beer (despite the voucher not being clear on size). Overall a poor experience and not likely to recommend. Expensive cost for a facility that is quite dated and showing its age.

We were pleasantly surprised by our two bedroom villa, being privately owned meant there was more outdoor furniture and a modern kitchen, bathroom. The resort has great facilities and makes for such a relaxing holiday when the kids are happy! The sunsets are next level and soo much wildlife to be seen off the jetty. We will be back!

Had to wait till 3.30pm to get into room. WIFI was non existent. Staff were apologetic and polite. Don't think it is worth the price for what you get, as you get at other Resorts.

This property was way over priced for very poor quality. The room was dirty. The bed uncomfortable, pullows large and dont provide adequate neck support. Not a king bed 2x singles pushed together. Mini fridge not stocked up. Rubbish under the bed. The only good thing was the prawn platter at sunset bar but the poor bar man do on his own and i didnt get my playter till everyonr left and it was dark. Kind of missed the point of sunset canopies. Sand and dune carbonara was disgusting. Pork belly salad good. Would not return for the price and qualitybof the hotel
