Good choice in FJ

Nice place to stay. Kitchen is well-equipped but a little bit small (but still suitable to cook a simple dinner). Premise is nice, owners are very nice as well.

Great location right across the street from the glacier helicopter departure point. Hot tubs were right next door. Super clean and modern property. Friendly staff that gave us some great recommendations.

Nice large room and a convenient location. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for anything you need. Easy walk to everything in Franz Joseph. Bed was a little soft for our liking, but overall a really great place to stay.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The highlight of the stay were the managers, Graham and Sheryl, who told us about a partial road closure and helped us plan our trip south. They also suggested which walks to do around the area, and gave us tips about dining in town. Highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful property, spacious and very well equipped with bulk bottles rather than tiny hotel ones. Beautiful view. Fire. Two minute walk to Queenstown Hill Walking Track. You can walk into town easily as it’s downhill but would be a steep uphill walk back. Good parking in the garage.
