Rude and crumbling.

Air conditionar didn't work. Sanitary shower was broken. The door didn't lock properly. The pillows smelt of the hundred people who stayed there before. The sheets smelt of something nasty, probably the chemical they used to try and kill the bed bugs, didn't seem like it was effective. The bar staff varied between disinterested, uncourteous and in the case of the one with ridiculous make-up - obnoxious. Seemed like all the stafff, infact most people in the area who work with tourists feel themselves superior to the tourists from whom they make a living, Unlike people in the rest of Brazil the people in Foz do Iguacu seem very rude.

Boa tarde, Gostaria de pontuar dois pontos negando Falls, 1- Ar condicionado muito barulhento e é perceptível que é antigo, gela porém o barulho é muito alto impossibilitado que o hóspede consiga dormir inclusive troquei de quarto mas estava igual e para não estragar meu passeio não reclamei mais 2- A piscina poderia ser limpa com mais frequência tendo em vista que tem muita árvore ao redor e a tarde para noite quando a maioria vai para a piscina está cheio de sujeira Essas duas questões principalmente o ar não faria com que eu voltasse no Falls
