Atendimento cordial, atenciosos e muito solicitos. Café da manhã, para mim que gosto de uma dieta mais equilibrada, foi deficitário, mas solicitei iogurte natural e no dia seguinte já providenciaram. Parabéns a todos os funcionários, fez a diferença na minha estada.

Hospedagem boa relativa ao preço. Poderia melhorar os serviços de cortesia. Não espere ajuda para tirar malas do carro e se quiser algo, vai ter que ir ao balcão. Hotel mais antigo e com pontos a reformar. Limpeza do banheiro poderia ser melhor pois tinha cabelos no box. Sem sabonete e shampoo no banheiro, ainda bem que eu tinha levado. Só trouxeram no segundo dia depois de ver os meus na pia. Toalhas já gastas, algumas manchadas e tecido ressecado em alguns dias. Não olhe embaixo das camas, com poeira e sem limpeza. Café da manhã muito bom. Pessoal da recepção foi prestativo nas informações turísticas. No mais tudo certo. Para quem está somente turistando e não pretende desfrutar do hotel, é ótima opção por ser bem localizado.

Boa. Porém, a falta do elevador torna difícil a mobilidade. A reforma em partes do hotel é necessária. Os quartos são bons, confortáveis e espaçosos.. O café da manhã excelente. Localização muito boa. Recomendo.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Check-in hours are good that worked out for my late flight. Breakfast is awesome. Rooms are small and amenities are minimal for the price but that is probably what you get in any hotel in that area.

Recomendo o hotel. Inclusive tinha transfer gratuito para o evento que iria na cidade. O melhor do hotel, sem dúvidas, são os funcionários. Contudo, minha experiência se tornou ruim porque o hotel não tinha ferro de passar e o serviço que era pago tinha o horário muito restrito. Como minhas roupas eram sociais e algumas amassadas, fiquei totalmente na mão (questionei por muitas vezes a possibilidade de emprestarem ferro, ou de atender fora do horário da prestação de serviço, de forma irredutível o hotel não atendeu). Então atenção quanto a isso caso queira fazer reserva nesse hotel, no geral, eu recomendo.
