Not great

This property is multiple two story buildings (apartment style) without elevators. This information is not on the listing and which seems like Hotels.com issue. When I informed the front desk clerk that I had to have a first floor room he was put out and told me, "I'll see what I can do". We were preparing for a funeral and had multiple boxes, suitcases,etc and could not haul these items up stairs. He then acted like he did me a favor by "finding" a first floor room. The room itself was roomy which was nice. It was relatively clean but I think the age of the building made it feel not clean. The tub/shower combo was not clean, with marks around the drain. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a full size refrigerator. Overall, the location is nice but I would not stay here again.

Dated rooms but clean, spacious, well equipped. The bed is quite comfortable. Wi-Fi is sometimes slow, have to sign in every 24 hrs but overall we were satisfied. Highly recommend. PS We were in block 8 with interior view, very quiet we got good sleep even we are light sleepers.

Staff were mostly friendly, the room was tiny but in no way spotless. You could tell the crew just went through the basic steps putting no effort in. Previous occupant left plenty of long black hair that didnt get noticed by cleaning crew. Lots of it. On the seats, on the carpet.... even on the sheets. Which could only mean one thing.

Convenient location, but the quality of the hotel chain has gone down drastically in the last two years. I've stayed at this chain of properties many times over the last 20 years. This time around, there was mildew on the window in the living room, the heater only blew cold air (it was in the 40s at night), and the remote in the living room did not work.

Ok. Just ok. BEWARE that they charge $10/night for parking and it is hidden in the small print at bottom of the property info. It’s just a regular surface parking lot that was full so we couldn’t even get a spot near our room. It’s so obvious that they do that so the price looks lower in the website than it really is. As far as I am concerned, that is intentionally deceptive.
