The hotel ended up charging us more than the advertised price once we got there and then added a leaky toilet and a malfunctioning air conditioner.

Hotel tem ótima localização, os funcionários são excelentes, porém as instalações precisam de reforma, a Tv ficava na sala e não havia ar ou ventilador na sala, só tinha ar no quarto. a Área da piscina estava em obra.

Confortável, mas poderia melhorar.

A princípio, tivemos que trocar de quarto, pois comprei 2 camas de solteiro e serviram 1 cama de casal. Em seguida, tivemos que ligar pedindo que trouxessem algumas coisas que no 1º quarto havia e no 2º não. Mesmo havendo disponibilidade no hotel, nos deixaram em um quarto com vista pra parede e de baixíssima ventilação.

Abaixo das expectativas

De positivo: os Funcionários são bem atenciosos, assim como a localização é muito boa. O local é um apto de sala (sofá cama, tv), cozinha (copos, pratos, xícaras) banheiro, quarto (cama confortável, ar-condicionado)e varanda de frente p mar, porém, o Apart hotel deixou a desejar. Pontos negativos: Assim que chega no corredor ao sair do elevador, o odor de cigarro é muito forte, e foi sentido também dentro do apartamento. No banheiro, a água do chuveiro é bem espalhada e a temperatura era instável, quase não sentia água quente. A pia parecia entupida, demorava tempo para descer toda a agua; A iluminação do apto muito fraca; Café da manhã tb deixou muito a desejar, pouco itens, e apenas 1 opção de suco (ainda artificial), o que salvou foi o era feito na hra( tapioca, ovos mexidos e cuscuz), no entanto, café da manhã muito fraco. Por fim, local bem mediano, não vale o valor que é cobrado.

Tinha areia no chão do banheiro quando entrei, sinal de que a limpeza não foi bem feita. O hotel é antigo, poucas tomadas no apartamento, sofá da sala com jeito de muito velho. Café da manhã muito fraco para um hotel no Nordeste perto da praia. Ponto positivo é a localização, a uma quadra do mar e com muitas coisas perto.
