The staff were all friendly and helpful. The mural wall in our room was coming apart at the seam. All of our towels were stained. We booked a gulf view room thinking we’d have a quiet view, but our room also overlooked a busy “courtyard,” live music, and a bar, so it wasn’t quiet. The room info stated that the store was open 24 hours. We went down at about 7:30 am and it was closed. A sign directed us to the front desk for assistance and they said they didn’t have a key. The food offerings at the onsite restaurant were limited. I was looking forward to seafood and there were only a couple of seafood options, neither of which were of interest to me. The breakfast buffet was hot, fresh, and everything tasted good. Check in was quick and easy. The scent in the lobby and buildings (strong floral—gardenia maybe) can be overwhelming. If you get migraines easily, this may be a trigger.

Beachfront location was great. Quiet location with a few dinner options close by, but Destin boardwalk is only about 15 minutes away for even more options. On-site restaurant was great for breakfast. You can rent an umbrella/chairs or bring your own. Very pretty beach area in front of hotel. Very nice pools and amenities too.

Great location. But food and drinks are way over priced. You pay for convenience. We were “accidentally”over charged according to the front desk personnel. Went to check out to see if the charge had been removed and no one knew anything about the situation nor how to fix it or get the right answers.

The front desk staff was horrible, when we got there there was a long line we had to wait like 20min just to sign in there was 4 staff but only two were taking people and when it was time to sign out I was waiting for them to call me one of the front desk staff decides to answer the phone before attending me and the other one took like 15 min to call me while they didn’t had no body attending
