Had yo pay for parking wven though the hotel was pretty much empty and hit with fees that werent included with the hotel stay. Other than that was a great quiet place with a great view

Everyone was wonderfully nice. Breakfast was amazing and the front lobby smelled delightful! For some reason we were given a room made for those in a wheelchair. It was a little annoying but not enough to warrant changing rooms. Overall, 5 stars 🌟!

Beach was amazing ! Pool was like ice in October but otherwise beautiful. They have a swim up bar . The beach was pretty busy in October Staff was great! Room was great ! Bar easily accessible and good . Snow cones and a taco truck close by too . Great restaurants nearby in walking distance : The Crab shack . Oasis coffee bar was super close and Yummy .

It was nice our air conditioner stopped working and we call had someone up there right away very nice maintenance workers. Mine flight was good but I through I was getting a better seat in plane but was in the back of plane not happy with that at all.

Overall, our stay at the resort did not quite hit the mark. While there were some positives such as being able to check in early, easy beach access, and friendly housekeeping staff, there were several downsides that affected our experience. The beach was very crowded and there was a volleyball event taking place which made it nearly impossible to find a spot to set up. Additionally, there were sand grits on the floor of our room upon arrival, which is umderstamdable given it is impossible to clean it all. Our floor was also full of party goers, who were disruptive and even banged on our door in the middle of the night thinking they were at their room. We had trouble locating towels for the pool and had to figure things out on our own. We also thought our stay included breakfast buffet, but that was not the case. The lack of a fan option in the room to drown out noise from other guests was also a downside. In hindsight, we wish we had chosen a condo for our stay instead. Overall, while there were some positives, the negatives outweighed them and we were left feeling disappointed with our experience at the resort.

The best thing about the resort is the location right across from the beach. The beach and the Gulf of Mexico are beautiful! The resort had several pools and bars, which were convenient, especially the bar on the beach! Several restaurants are within walking distance. Downside was the rooms, very outdated, but we didn't spend much time there.
