Everyone was wonderfully nice. Breakfast was amazing and the front lobby smelled delightful! For some reason we were given a room made for those in a wheelchair. It was a little annoying but not enough to warrant changing rooms. Overall, 5 stars 🌟!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The mural wall in our room was coming apart at the seam. All of our towels were stained. We booked a gulf view room thinking we’d have a quiet view, but our room also overlooked a busy “courtyard,” live music, and a bar, so it wasn’t quiet. The room info stated that the store was open 24 hours. We went down at about 7:30 am and it was closed. A sign directed us to the front desk for assistance and they said they didn’t have a key. The food offerings at the onsite restaurant were limited. I was looking forward to seafood and there were only a couple of seafood options, neither of which were of interest to me. The breakfast buffet was hot, fresh, and everything tasted good. Check in was quick and easy. The scent in the lobby and buildings (strong floral—gardenia maybe) can be overwhelming. If you get migraines easily, this may be a trigger.

Overall, I give this property a 4 start rating. The facility and rooms were clean, the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was really good, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit and cereal. I did see some confusion with some rooms included the breakfast buffet, and some did not. This was not made clear when you arrive and at $25/person, that can add up. The pools were ok, the one with the waterfalls was always dirty. We stayed in room 4008 and it was clean. The air conditioner was very loud and not working well, room stayed around 74 degrees, which for us is too warm to sleep. The walls are very thin, we could everytime someone got ice, elevators opened and anything going on at the pool. There’s not much to do in this area, we flew in and did not rent a car, so you were kinda stuck there.

have been going to this hotel for decades...the rebrand and upgrades are definitely a plus...sad to loose the splash park but its nice to know there are gathering places now..food was great, service was friendly

Very nice, clean resort. Beautifully laid out. They do not have beach chairs/umbrellas included and it is very expensive to rent from 3rd party. Either take your own or better yet the resort invest in own and charge a bit more for the stay. Its sticker shock to pay 25$/person/day for beach chair plus umbrella. Gorgeous landscaping. Close to restaurants, other activities, beaches. Loved my stay!

Limited repetitive activities going on. Everything was an additional cost. Not much included with the cost, other than breakfast. Honestly, it’s an ok place to stay but most likely won’t be back to stay there again. More of a party place if that is what you’re into.
