Excellent Stay

Property was clean and check in was simple. Only issue was the elevator was broken intermittently, otherwise no complaints. We didn't have any problems to be addressed, but I felt that the owner would have responded quickly had there been.

Perfect Location

We had such a wonderful time. The location was perfect and the space was great for the four of us. I loved being right on the ocean and having the chair service. Seriously, having chair service just makes vacation that much easier. I also loved that the condo building had bathrooms located on the first floor (key code required) that were super clean. The unit itself had everything we needed including extra blankets, a keurig coffee maker, and night lights in the bathroom. The unit did not have some extras (like beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys). That said, the listing was clear that it did not have those things. When you are driving, you can easily bring those things, but when you are flying it makes it a bit more difficult . If you need those items, Five Below is nearby and has them for a savings compared to some of the other stores.The owner of the unit was easy to reach and worked with me on adjusting of dates of stay.We had the most relaxing week. My only hesitation in giving such a high review is that it may be booked up in the future when we come back.

Beautiful Beach

We had a great trip with friends. This is one of the nicest beaches I have ever been to, with clear water, soft white sand, and interesting sand bars to walk on. I would recommend a car since there is only 1 restaurant within walking distance. There is lots to do within a 10 minute drive, including the Destin harbor walk, Crab Island, and numerous golf courses.

Fall getaway

Property was as promised, views were great and the location, being on the beach was very nice. Listened to the waves every day and night while we were there. We had long walks on the beach each day and enjoyed talking with others from all over world. Condo was very spacious and had plenty of room. Being able to sit on our deck and eat breakfast or lunch and look out at the gulf was relaxing. Had easy access to shops and other places to eat. Would come back here again to stay. Got messages from the owner before and during our stay. Was easy to check in and check out. We loved our stay at Crystal Sands on Crystal Bwach.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean and well maintained. The view was stunning and we could watch both sunrise and sunsets from the balcony (October stay). Communication was excellent. If you're looking for a new luxury condo, this is not it. But everything was up to date and location could not be beat. Price was higher than we would like but I suppose it was comparable with other units. We will definitely be staying again.

30th Birthday and Mother's Day

My family and friends rented two condos in this complex to celebrate my sister's 30th birthday as well as Mother's day! We enjoyed our stay and our condo! View was beautiful, it was very clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely book here again!

Destin Relaxation Before Wedding

We stayed here as a “bachelor/bachelorette” party but it was more of a relaxing getaway for all of us! We loved the space the outside is deceiving because it looks small from the outside but when you come in it’s very big! Everything was new and beautifully decorated with plenty of space for everyone. Beach access was super easy and it comes with two chairs and an umbrella included! The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you would need to cook there. The host was super helpful as well since we left some clothes in the dryer after checkout - they graciously helped ship them back to us. Couldn’t have had a better stay!!

Can't wait to go back!

I stayed at this property in 2018, so I knew the area and the proximity to beach and shopping. This unit was exactly as I remembered. The property owner let us know that we could check in early, and checked with us the next day to see if we needed anything. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you need to get started. There was even shampoo and conditioner, which we weren't expecting. We were able to make little meals in the condo instead of needing to go out every night. Being able to do a load of laundry mid-vacation is so handy as well. The private beach is very friendly, and the beach service of chairs and umbrellas is included! We also spent several hours up on the balcony enjoying the view without as much of the wind from being directly beach side. I already recommended this unit and property to my sister for her next trip to Destin. Cannot recommend enough!

Nice time at Crystal Sands

Happy with the condo. Kitchen was very well equipped. Even had an air fryer, which we used a lot. Only complaint is that the furniture was not very comfortable. It would be okay for a short stay. But for an extended stay like ours, you really notice the comfort level. A good quality recliner would be a great addition.

A great winter getaway!

This was our first time vacationing in this area and we were so pleased with our accommodations! Being right on the ocean was a dream! We enjoyed the beachfront in so many ways… from our morning beach walks to watching sundown from the balcony! We even watched some dolphins frolicking in the water one morning! Great access to shopping and restaurants. The owners are very thorough and available if needed. Highly recommend this property for your next beach adventure!!
