The room was really nice, but there were light bulbs missing in some of the lamps, it had an electric fireplace that had no batteries in the remote to make it work, the jacuzzi tub had standing water in it and the drain was dirty. After a 11 hour drive I was looking forward to soak in the jacuzzi, but the tub was not clean and at 9:00 at night waiting for someone to come and clean it, just wasn’t going to happen!! Too tired and too aggravated to deal with anymore. The front counter person didn’t seem all that interested in her job and wasn’t very friendly. She was polite, but not very approachable.

We were in a basement room and the bathroom had some unpatched holes below sink. A few repairs and updates just didn’t look finished

This hotel is old and in severe need of an upgrade, no plugs in sink or bath, wifi very slow, lady on the desk on the afternoon of 25 May 25 not friendly, lady at desk on morning of 26 May very friendly, breakfast average. The positive, the room was clean. The TV was small and is old, looked like the first version of flat screen TVs.

Great stay. Very comfortable. Brought our dog. Paid extra. No biggie. Room smelled like dog urine. Need to clean after every stay if you’re going to charge.

Room was great, staff was great. View was terrible the backside of hotel backs onto a very run down trailer park with boarded up windows. Very poor internet(room 201) i couldnt stream netflix on my tablet in the evening and i had some work to do on my laptop in the morning and it was super slow and not usable, i used hotspot off my phone.

The hot tub was small and only fit one person. The frame was stone tiled and cold. It extended out into the room. I tripped over the tilework and fell. Poor choice of accommodation.

Great Stay

Great stay. An older hotel but they have kept up on the maintenance. The fireplace in our room did not work but not the end of the world. Would recommend and stay here again. Im sure it’s the nicest hotel in town.
