Family friendly with lots of space and a great kitchen.

The property was very clean, ideal for large family visit or group of friends. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Each bedroom had a nice television which was helpful with our 3 and 4 year old grandchildren after long day on the lake. Very close to needles, Laughlin, Katherine's landing. We liked everything about the house and very easy check-in. Great spot to relax after days on the water. We would love to come back next time we go boating.

The home is so clean and new, every part of the home was accommodated so well. The home was very comfortable for our party of 7, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Everything you need is in the home and it’s close to so many attractions. Nice little house, comfortable, clean, good size. my only complaint is that its in a new development with active construction and I was woken at 530am by them pouring concrete across the street. In 3 months, it will be perfect
