We did our best to create a perfect vacation rental house with everything you would need for your stay. With 7 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 kitchens, the home can comfortably accommodate large groups of 32 guests. The house has been recently updated with new kitchen appliances. We provide ultimate arrangements with a lot of private sleeping accommodations and 3 refrigerators to ensure all food and drinks can be safely stored.

Our bedroom 2 (one king-sized bed) and bedroom 3 (two full-sized beds) have a full bathroom located in the hallway by it.

Bedroom 4( two queen-sized beds) has an ensuite.

Bedroom 5 (two queen-sized beds) has an en-suite bathroom, which you would use for bedroom 6 (one king-sized bed).

An additional full bathroom is in the hallway.





★ PARKING - 6 CARS★

You won’t need to carry or wheel any of your bags or belongings far when you stay here. That’s because there’s space for 6 small to mid-size vehicles right at the front of the house reserved for your use. Please note the street parking is prohibited.





★ 2 WORKSPACES & LAUNDRY★

As we have 2 desks and superfast internet, we can simulate your "home office" too; if you really need to get that work done. Guests also have access to the full laundry with a washer and dryer set so you can pack light and wash on the go: Iron, Ironing Board, Laundry Detergent, Broom/Mop/ Dust Pan, Drying Rack.



Guest Access:

★ HEATED SWIMMING POOL ★

Our pool is private and you get full access to it. We also offer the heated option for an additional fee. Regular pool water temperature is usually comfortable all year long, anyway if you prefer it warmer or traveling with kids, we recommend requesting it in advance.

We believe that extra pool heating is not needed from May until September since the water gets very warm from the sun.



During winter months it can take up to 48 hours to get to the desired temperature (86 Fahrenheit max). Please be advised that it might take longer if the air temperature is lower than 65. For last-minute bookings, it will be turned on as soon as possible.

We charge 60$/night for the whole stay to cover extra electricity expenses.

We do not add it to the rental price, because not all people want to use it, and we are trying to keep our properties affordable for everyone.





★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ★

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and Check-out is 10:00 am. You will be provided with an access code that activates at your arrival. Early Check-In or Late Check-out are subject to availability and need to be requested in advance. We charge a flat fee of $80 per hour, if you need to get more than 2 hours, reach out for a custom quote. Baggage drop-off is available by request and depends on availability.



Pool service is scheduled twice a week, usually on Tuesdays at 1PM and Fridays at 4-5 PM. It might change due to weather conditions.

Lawn Service is done every 2 weeks.

Please let us know if you need specific dates when services will be done during your stay.
