Simple, peaceful and centrally-located place! Excellent Fort Lauderdale beach location! It seats between the intracoastal waterway and atlantic ocean! Nestled behind the W hotel, it is one block to the beach, 2 blocks to the Water Taxi pick up point, and surrounded by vacation hot spots! A fast ride will take you to Las Olas and into the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale! Enjoy our heated pool (December-February) and newly renovated interiors! Does not include parking unless available for a fee.

Located in Fort Lauderdale "Central Beach" area!! This area is where all major beach hotels and resorts are located in the city. It is a popular worldwide destination and it has everything you want - calm and serene environment, beautiful clean and safe beach and many restaurants, bars and clubs for entertainment. Many important city events take center-stage in this area like the annual "Tortuga Festival" or "Air show." This area of Fort Lauderdale is considered by many to be the "gem" of the city. Too many attractions and great things to do to list here - just come over, unwind, relax and enjoy your stay in this oasis!!

The location is great. The amount you pay does not cover anything extra.. need a bed change.. 25… need towels or wash cloths.. 25… wash your make -up off with a wash cloth.. Possibly will cost you your whole deposit… leave a towel at the pool.. costs you twice the amount to replace. Have to pay for a parking space..not included.. but app did say parking sometimes available! This ‘apt’ has super thin walls.. could hear EVERYTHING! Did not get one good nights sleep. You play 250 for cleaning service and they tell you to make it easy on them! I have never ever ever been to such a rude and disrespectful stay. It was not pleasant. It was not restful.. and they rob you of every cent. We took pictures of the condition when we left. Do not trust. It’s not an Apt.. it is a one bedroom with a bath.. a tv.. a microwave, a little closet with shelves that will fall off you off weigh it…. Worst stay ever.. I travel A LOT.. and I am savvy. .. but this place is a highway robbery.. I felt ‘dirty’ here. Not recommending. And this App has it rated high.. only because they are a ‘little’ bit less than the rest. I am so unhappy with this stay. Sorry to say.

We were expecting a kitchenette based on the website listing. Parking was not included and is very expensive in Fort Lauderdale (cost more than the rental car)
