Relaxing getaway

Just what I was looking for ! A quick getaway with a 1 min walk to the beach and restaurants! A 15 walk to the grocery store was perfect as I didn't want to rent a car. Clean, private and just perfect ! Thank you for my relaxing 4 days !

Great Location, Noise a Concern

The location was fantastic. Close to beach, restaurants, walkway. Couldn't ask for a better location. Inside the apartment was very clean and looked new. At night, the backbyard looked nice with the illumination. On the flip side, this is a converted garage. Not that it matters, only that the bed is located next to adjoining rented house. Every morning, we could hear voices, doors and laundry. Need to soundproof or add white noise. Additionally, many items in this apartment were not there including table, chairs, hairdryer, luggage racks, and fire pit. The fire alarm had no batteries and there was a hanging outlet (no plate). These were to be adressed during our stay, but were not. Lots of potential for a great stay, but some work to be done to get a 5 star. I did make the owner and property manager aware of the issues early in our stay. My honest and humble opinion.

Great Location

Traveled solo and this studio rental was perfect - maybe a on minute walk to the beach, close to restaurants and you don’t have to worry about beach parking. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed having a back yard area to enjoy my morning cup of coffee. The host was responsive and made me feel welcomed.
