What a spectacular hotel! Everyone was friendly and very helpful! My belief is that it is the people who make a spectacular organization and this hotel has the best. The breakfast was made of real eggs with chives! None of those rubbery eggs from other establishments. The coffee in the room and in the breakfast area was excellent. The bed was spectacular and the shower was excellent! I will be back! Cynthia

The room was spacious for the 4 adults and our dog. The receptionist were friendly and Helpful I loved the hot tub I noticed the lobbybwas not cleaned frequently especially after a snow storm Overall great stayed we would come back

Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety, room was clean. The bathroom space was small and no bench in the shower and the drain was right where you stand so you had to make sure you did not block it. Parking was fine. Staff was nice if you asked them for something, but not overly friendly. Room itself was large, but there was no freezer in the fridge and no micro wave.

Hotel was fine overall. There was a dog in the pool area next to the hot tub in a crate. There was hair in the floating in the hot tub and the dog was barking. It was gross. I appreciate hotels that are dog friendly, but need keep them out of areas.

The check-in was easy and fast. The lobby was very clean, desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom products were refreshing. Towels were thick and soft. Good selection for breakfast. Other staff were friendly and professional. Great stay and totally recommend this hotel.
