Welcome to our stunning Farmhouse in Upstate New York, located on 18 acres of private land with private lake access featuring a dockspace that can accommodate up to a 20-foot boat. It features four spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for your next getaway. Nestled on picturesque acres of lush countryside, this charming retreat combines rustic charm with modern amenities. This home sleeps ten guests.

The main floor features a living room with a fireplace and sitting area, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The living room offers additional sleeping arrangements with a pull-out sofa bed. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. A washer and dryer are also on this level. The second floor offers another master suite, featuring a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. An office space is also located on the second level.

Step outside on the large wrap-around porch with outdoor seating to take in the lake views. On the outdoor patio, you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs and a large dining table. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while sitting around the custom-made fire pit with Adirondack chairs, or relax in the secluded hot tub in the Adirondack air! In the backyard, you'll also find an enclosed outdoor shower.
