Two stars only for the front desk lady....Front desk lady was awesome-room gross...first room had a heater sounded like a jet engine room had a strobe light for a light bulb, worse, bed had been made but sheets had not been changed (dirty, cotton fuzz like from socks, long black hairs-multiples, not just one....) ...I slept on top of cover in my sleeping bag and with my own pillow as a result. Skipped the shower because the bathroom was gross....I camp and travel rough all the time, not easy to gross me out, but this one got to me and left me skeeved out. Outside corridors so dark I had to get out of my car twice to try and see room numbers, and walking to and from office felt so dark it seemed downright unsafe (remember-folks who travel here most likely have no idea the caliber of the neighborhood they have landed in).....the corridors poorly lit, dark- sketchy- was fine but sure didn't feel that way (and I am a big tough fella)....Downside of traveling travelocity? Can't get my money back. I never fill out these reviews, but this place got to me....If I could have would have immediately gone elsewhere. I travel through this area fairly frequently, but never again at this hotel.

Bathroom had sealing leak damage - filled in with TOILET PAPER. Bathtub surface was cracked, abut a six inch (unsanitary) slash in the cover layer of tub. Live roach met me at the sink while I brushed my teeth. Yuck.

Has 2 immediate issues in our room, one big spider, and the fridge tray under the freezer was full of water. The room was surface clean but corners and switch plates could use tlc. The breakfast was disappointing, a waffle maker and cereal, no protein options. Would likely try somewhere else next time

The day front desk clerk was a female and very nice and welcoming. The night shift older male was extremely rude and UNwelcoming. The room was clean and housekeeping did a great job daily. I called front desk my first night due to a smoke detector beeping in room next to me, however, the older male rubbing frost desk was rude and not helpful. I called back in an and the day lady addressed the issue promptly. Overall, it was a decent stay.

It was amazing, I would recommend Red Roof Inn in Forsyth, Georgia. They do have a continental breakfast and beds were comfortable. We had a awesome housekeeper. Please consider staying here if you need to take a break on a long trip.

The AC was off so it took a couple of hours for the room to cool off the room during the summer. We only check-in in to sleep and get back on the road which made most of our time there uncomfortable.
