Property is way overpriced. The room is noisy when people above you move around. The bedroom only has one bright can light in the ceiling which can only be turned on and off by the door. There are no bed lamps. There is no dresser in the bedroom, and no tv. Living area also only has one can light.

This property is almost brand-new, very clean. We stayed at a full kitchen 2 bed room unit. It's just like an apt. My family enjoyed the stay, and kids wanted to stay even longer.

This Inn is all two bedroom suites, which I misunderstood at the time I booked it, believing it was just a two room suite, meaning one bedroom and a separate sitting area. I booked two suites for just two people. :) Each suite is a full kitchen, big open seating area, a patio or small deck, one king bedroom and one double queen bedroom. Its a lovely inn, very clean and quiet, but keep in mind the king suites do not have their own window ac unit. One suite had the ac, but was not connected to anything. This would be a great place to stay if you were spending several days around the olympic peninsula.

Bad odor

I booked a room for 3 people- when booking it stated the room was equipped with 1 king size bed and a queen sofa bed. I got room 102, which had an awful odor , we got no bedding for the sofa bed, the sofa bed felt almost same as if I slept on hardwood floors, there was no way to lock the door from the inside ( locked seemed to not be functioning), and window screens had holes so bugs got in. When we first got inside we immediately notice the strong odor, we tried opening windows but since screens were old, bugs got in. When we tried to ask for another room, we were told, there was nothing else available and offered the a spray to neutralize the bad odor. When we noticed no bedding for sofa bed, their office was closed and we had no bed sheets for the sofa bed. The next day, we checked out and asked for the manager’s name and number to discuss concerns. I was told to leave my name and number and manager would call me. It’s been 4 days and have yet to hear from the manager. Overall, terrible stay and overpriced at $370 for one night stay for 3 people.

We only decided to stay at such an expensive place because we knew we’d need to wash clothes after a week of travel. Not here! They advertise that they include it, but you have to go to the laundromat in town. The front desk person said it’s something the new owner hasn’t updated online yet. Well, it’s time to. Other issues: No tv in bedrooms, no side table lamps, extremely cheap and tiny love seat thing in living room. No other chairs or desk aside from the two snack bar stools. But not enough seating for our family to relax together. There was a sign on the back door prohibiting people from bringing in balcony furniture. Take a hint, your guests need more seating! AC unit above shines a huge light on you as you sleep. Had to find a way to cover it so we could sleep. Unit itself was super clean but when you look off the balcony, there was trash all over the “picnic” area. Coffee unit was awful. Maybe they charge so much because some people come because of Twilight…but some people don’t. It was not worth the extreme cost of this place. Oh, and half the pictures in the listing are from years ago. The outside looks nothing like it shows online. Don’t expect those gardens or anything extra here. We were also supposed to be able to check in at 3pm but were turned away, said the real time is 4pm as does the sign on the door. But every indication online is 3pm. Pros: I spoke with the same house keeping lady a few times and each time she was extremely nice and accommodating.

Oh my gosh… what a great property! Our room was amazingly clean and very well maintained. We only spent one night because we were on our way down the coast, but we would definitely would have stayed longer!!

We stayed for 4 days on our second half of our Olympic National park stay. The property was extremely well cared for, updated and clean rooms, and comfortable beds. There were small inconveniences like lack of laundry service and no complimentary breakfast. Typically that wouldn’t be a deal breaker, but something to consider if you are going to be hiking/exploring for an extended period of time.
