The space:

Welcome to The Giusti Ranch! Experience the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation in our ideally located property, where top-notch amenities and breathtaking surroundings come together for an unforgettable stay.

The property sits on 19 acres with 9 acres of vineyard and has been owned by the Giusti family for over 150 years. The estate grapes produce the famous Kosta Browne Giusti Ranch Pinot Noir and Via Giusti Wines. We personally greet guests and show them around our historic ranch.

Inside, the massive great room invites you to gather around the wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for cozy evenings with loved ones. The gourmet kitchen, equipped with everything you need, makes cooking a joy, whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a special dinner. Our formal dining area and bar set the stage for memorable meals and conversations.

Outside, you’ll find our large swimming pool and hot tub, where you can soak while taking in stunning views of the vineyard and rolling hills. The calm water and warm bubbles create a peaceful escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The property is twenty acres, off a rustic road and the general area is rich with Vineyards, trails and fine restaurants

Other things to note:

This home is strictly an animal-free zone due severe allergies of the owner & family. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed and if there is evidence of pets on the property this will result in a $1,500 fine along with any cleaning or damages caused by pets.

Please Note: re: HEATING THE POOL. Our pool is 10 ft. deep and it's a challenge to keep it heated until the ambient outdoor temperature is warmer.
Pool heating is only available during certain times of the year (May 1 - Memorial Day Weekend) There is a $350.00/day ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO HEAT THE POOL. That is our cost.

The POOL is Unheated Nov 1– Memorial Day Weekend. It is very deep and takes up to 24 hours to heat. Much of the time, the pool is very comfortable unheated, given the ambient air temperature. ONLY STAFF CAN TURN ON THE HEATER.

When you stay at the Giusti Ranch, you're covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3,000. The $42 charge listed as an "administrative fee" on your quote covers your purchase of $3,000 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on your rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
