Very informative staff and enjoyable breakfast. Property has large car park and benefits from petrol station close by. Room we stayed in (Oak) was subject to irregular heating system noises which disturbed sleep.

Disgruntled

The hotel is very expensive for one night granted it has a hot tub but the cleanliness is not the best in the hot tub or in the room itself. I arrived late and left early and should have said something then. Cobwebs everywhere in the room and a dirty carpet and towels. No sugar or sweeteners provided either.

A lovely weekend away

This was an amazing, beauitful stay we will be returning. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted and shown to our room. Very spacious, clean and private. The hot tub was so relaxing and easy to use, we were in there for hours. Breakfast very delicious with unlimited tea and coffee and worth the money. The singing chef kept us entertained. Also the food in the restaurant is top quality and worth the price. The pub is out the way of the hustle and bustle but only a 20 min walk from the town fordingbridge.

Lovely stay with a hot tub

We had a lovely stay at the three lions. The staff were all amazing and left us a card and some chocolates for our anniversary, which was really sweet. The hot tub was warm and ready for us when we arrived. The only downside to this was there was no cover or canopy, and it was raining all evening so we didn’t get to enjoy this as much as possible. The food was amazing, and they have a few games at the pub which made for a fun evening. Unfortunately there is a light right outside the room that came on at some point during the night and woke me up around 2.30am, and made it very difficult to get back to sleep without a sleep mask. However, overall it was a very nice night away.

Rest and relaxation

Roast was beautiful. Breakfast was great. Stayed for my partners birthday in a hot tub room and it was absolutely gorgeous. Natalie greeted us and was efficient and happy. She’s a great first impression. All the staff were amazing. We will definitely be back again. R and r was just what we needed from two people who work 50+ hrs a week. It was an escape for a night that was well needed and well overdue. It didn’t disappoint. Thank you
