Dirty rooms with hairs on pillows in addition to clogged bath tub. We cancel our 10 days stay after one night and we were charged a one night penalty on top of that. Not recommended

The floor in the room was sticky as was the lobby floor by elevator and in elevator. The pool was being filled at 5 pm on a Friday night with now towels available. The shower drain was also clogged. For $173 per night, absolutely unacceptable. The breakfast was sub par and they were out of coffee at 7:30 am

Could not use pool or hot tub. No signage but maintenance said it was shut down for health reasons. Front desk indicated there have been issues but manager and owner not addressing them. Was not offered any refund or compensation for family not being able to use pool. Also had to ask for towels in the room. Only 2 for 4 people.
