What a perfect home for a family vacation! The views from the house are amazing. Everything was clean and well organized for our arrival. Host was an excellent communicator, easy to reach. Beautiful home with amazing views. Nicely stocked kitchen and every room had a bathroom. Plenty of space that everyone could have a worst plane if they wanted or gather together at the large kitchen table with a Beautiful unobstructed view of the beach. Property manager was always available if needed and very pleasant to work with. Absolutely would stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfect—on the beach and convenient to everything on Center Street. The house itself was very clean and clearly well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable.It’s also extremely well-equipped, especially for larger groups. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and gather together. The layout worked great for both relaxing and socializing.Having a golf cart already at the property to rent was a plus. Kate was very responsive and a joy to communicate with. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—clean, spacious, and in a great location. We would definitely go back !

Perfect beach house for larger groups, love that all bedrooms have a private bath and another in common area. Porches and rooftop deck provide amazing views, and close to the town center. Perfect Yoga Retreat

I’ve rented many houses on Folly for my yoga retreats and this was by far my favorite. The location is perfect, we surfed everyday right front our beach, it is close to the downtown area and quiet. We can’t wait to return again.
