Folly Beach Stay

Clean, close to beach and short drive to downtown Charleston This house will meet your needs- very soft towels and sheets. Plenty of dishes. Comfortable Do not expect to find extras or excess of anything. You only get towels for the amount of people staying, so don't accidentally use 2. Also, they only provide enough toilet paper for your stay. Don't get sick. The kitchen has dishes but nothing else - no sugar, coffee, plastic wrap, spices. If you stay here go grocery shopping for everything you can think of before you arrive.

Charleston Birthday Getaway

Hello Sunshine was absolutely as advertised and pictured! Nicely furnished, very well maintained and in a great location. My daughters and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened porch overlooking the river. Communication and instructions were simple and effortless. I plan to stay here again

Lovely Place

This was a great place to stay: beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The location is perfect as well. There is so much to do in the area so staying here kept us centrally located so we never had to drive too far. Would definitely come again.

Best Stay in Folly Beach

Our family of 5 visits Charleston yearly and have to stay this was one of the best locations and had all the amentites. Our favorite part of our stay would have to be the view. Breathe taking view over the marsh. On the evening we watch storms that were magnificent! Kids loved the pool and the dock area. Our host responded to is punctually and ended up staying 2 more nights! Thank you for making are stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful condo

This property is in a good location — a nice condo development about a 20 minute walk from the pier and beach at Folly Beach, with lots of restaurants and shops along the route. The condo itself is beautifully decorated in beach themes, and it is well-equipped. The view from the back porch is wonderful, a four-story-high panorama of the waterway below.

Perfection at its finest!

It was amazing! This place was beautifully decorated, had every amenity we needed and was truly perfect for a friends getaway! The location is just far enough removed from the beach that it’s peaceful but is very walkable to beachfront access. We even spotted a few dolphins while sitting on the back balcony! I hope to head back someday. Thank you!

The condo was so clean and very well maintained. Kitchen is completely stocked with all you need. Beds were comfortable and the view from the screened in porch was awesome. Very relaxing. We had a blast!!

Clean, convenient and comfortable!

Perfect, less than a 15 min walk from the beach, 20 min drive to downtown, and we saw Dolphins from the balcony!! Perfect for our bachelorette/girls weekend. Steven was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Amazing property, great location

I adore Turn of the River property! Our unit was gorgeous and clean. Perfect location for Folly Beach and scooting into Charleston. Our one complaint was that the elevator was not working for our entire visit:( I’m sure that it was hard to find a repairman over the holiday weekend but I was disturbed to find the On property person was off all weekend too. Regardless, we made it work and we’re incredibly pleased with this gem of a property. We will absolutely be back!

Perfect location

The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach, shops, & restaurants. Driving to various activities and venues we chose were close by and easy to get to. We were able to see the dolphins most everyday which was a nice treat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
