Farmhouse "Il Poggiarello" - Lo Stabbio

On a hill top, in the Tuscan countryside, there is a farmhouse dating back to 1700, that preserves the buildings once used as tobacco stove, the stable for the animals and the workshop for the construction and repair of agricultural tools. This is our farm composed by four apartments, with independent access and furnished with ancient furniture, a pool and a large garden to relax.

The space

The Stable apartment is located inside Poggiarello FarmHouse, is equipped with a private bathroom, a double bedroom, living room, kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and single bed, a patio for outdoor dining where you can enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside. Ideal for families wishing to relax in the garden or pool, but also for couples who wish to discover the places of art and historic cities of Tuscany. The farm is in a strategic position, between the provinces of Siena and Arezzo, and well connected thanks to the nearby highway. With the bicycles you can reach Foiano and Lucignano leaving your car in the private parking available to guests.

Guest access

Guests can use bicycles, the large garden with barbecue, swimming pool with sun beds, a common room with shared kitchen where we serve breakfasts and snacks, and a private car park fitted with blackout curtains.

Interaction with guests

The owners or their collaborator will always be present for any need. Upon check-in you will be provided a telephone number for emergencies.

Other things to note

Breakfasts are not included in the price, the cost is 7 euro for person/day.

On request we organize dinners for groups.

During the winter, heating cost is not included in the price, to be paid on the spot based on consumption.

We provide new bed linens weekly.
