A casa é linda, super bem cuidada, tem muito espaço interno e clarabóias que permitem uma iluminação natural o dia inteiro. Fomos extremamente bem atendidos pelos donos, um casal atencioso que sempre se mostrou muito solicito. A casa é um pouco longe da praia (umas 8 a 10 quadras aproximadamente), mas a distância parece insignificante se pensado nas comodidades que a casa oferece. Com certeza, se pensarmos em voltar a Florianópolis, essa será nossa primeira opção!

A casa é ótima. Ampla, arejada em meio a um grande jardim e perto de tudo. Muito limpa e bem cuidada. Só tenho a agradecer aos anfitriões que são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Espero voltar novamente.

FÉRIAS MARAVILHOSAS!!!
Quando chegamos a casa não esperávamos que fosse tão legal, o lugar é calmo e bem localizado e te fornece a mobilidade para ir para qualquer praia do sul que por sinal são maravilhosas repletas de beleza natural , tem acesso fácil a lagoa da conceição onda tem vários barzinhos para curtir a noite. A casa é enorme muito espaçoso e bem praiana tem tudo o que se precisa e um espaço ótimo no patio para se jogar vôlei, futebol, e se reunir com amigos e família passamos onze dias maravilhosos e esperamos voltar.

Casa muito espaçosa e confortável
A casa é ótima, com uma sala muito grande e um enorme terreno. A suíte é de alto padrão, os demais quartos pecam pela falta de banheiro, que so fica no andar inferior. Localização perto de restaurantes e da praia do morro das pedras. Lugar ótimo para relaxar e pegar ondas.
