Located between the best beaches in the south of the island, just 2 km from Armação Beach and the departure point for the famous Campeche Island.

Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linen

- The cleaning included in the rate is provided only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 face towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed according to the number of guests informed in the reservation.

- If a change of linen is needed during the stay, it can be requested separately for a fee equivalent to 50% of the cleaning charge.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Check-in after 8 p.m. may be granted upon request and subject to staff availability).

- Check-out: until 11 a.m.

- Late check-out after 11 a.m. may be granted if the apartment is available, provided a request is made at least 24 hours in advance, with a fee of 50% of the daily rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests who have been properly registered and included in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.

- It is not permitted to allow people in the accommodation beyond the maximum capacity established for the property.

- Before check-in, identification documents for the guests will be requested for verification and access authorization to the accommodation.

#Accommodation Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music are not permitted.

- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. and must be respected throughout the stay.

- The guest is responsible for following the accommodation and building rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine, for which the main guest on the reservation will be held responsible.

Family condominium with six comfortable ground-floor studios, all recently renovated. Each studio is independent and features access by electronic lock (self check-in). All studios are equipped with a smart TV, a compact and functional kitchen (basic utensils, two-burner stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator). The studios also have a portable fan, a comfortable bed (with a brand-new mattress for two), and pristine bed linens. Additionally, there is a dining table and a seating area. Each apartment has a renovated private bathroom with a shower stall and hot water.

The condominium’s common area includes a lovely garden, where you will be surrounded by nature, on a very quiet and peaceful street. The sound of birds and tranquility make this place truly special.

Each studio also features a private area with a laundry sink and clothesline for drying your clothes.
