We enjoyed our stay in the country. The space was great for our family of six - for four nights - with the pool as the star, as we arrived during a heatwave. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Access to nearby amenities, such as a grocery store (5 minutes away), was appreciated as we self-catered.
Several things to note:
There were some challenges with communication with the host. The staff we met went over everything very quickly and there was no reference book, so it is a "learn as you go" space, which is fine. I would exercise caution if you're using the upper deck as it is well-worn. If you want to access laundry, you will have to head into town, though the only ones we found were actually not working.
