Great house on the water in quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a wedding. House was clean and bigger than it appears in pics. Nice kitchen. Nice porch overlooking water. Neighborhood was great for our morning walks. Quick drive to center of town and the university.

House was cute, beds were comfy enough. Good room to spread out, watch tv, and sit on the porch. Had to run to the store to grab items I thought would be provided and dock looked questionable so we stayed away. Overall it met our needs for the price

The home was well stocked with essentials & location was convenient to the Sportsplex which was important to our group. The one drawback was lack of access to the lake- with 4 kids & 100 degree temps in late June we had hopes of playing in the water however this was not possible due to lots and debris in the water around the dock and no easy access in/out of the water. The interior is the home is precious but area around the dock in general needs some love!

Peaceful lake stay near town. Very comfy beds and beautifully decorated!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was our first time returning to Florence in 23 years, and it was a perfect place to stay for our long awaited return. I was traveling with my husband, 2 year old, and my 75 year old mother. The upstairs was perfect for my mother, since it was all one level. We took the downstairs. The rooms are all decorated beautifully. The beds were extremely comfortable, all of them! The kids room with bunkbeds and a separate living area was perfect for kiddos. It would be nice if a TV was added in the kiddo space though. The only other thing that would be nice to add on this rental is a baby gate for the stairs. The stairs to the basement are very steep and could potentially be really dangerous if fallen down on. But really can't think of any other suggestions to make this place a better place to stay. One of the reasons we picked this place was due to the top deck being completely safe for little ones. It is completely wrapped with railing. We really enjoyed our morning coffee out there. There is a really cute screened in sunroom to the side of the house. Beautiful views of the lake inlet. The basement has a fully covered patio with walk-out to the stairs down to the lake. My local friend visited us with her 12 year old, who really enjoyed fishing off the dock. And he caught a lot of fish. The house was really close to town, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here if returning again.
